Gasoline desulfurization of S Zorb process
Description
S Zorb adsorptive desulfurization technology is one of the core technologies for the production of
ultra-low sulfur (<10µg/g) clean gasoline. Using NiO-ZnO synergistic technology, S Zorb
adsorbent has high strength, less fines, concentrated particle size distribution, and wide range of
application.
While meeting the target of <10µg/g sulfur in gasoline, FCAS-MF also aims to meet the olefin
reduction requirements. Under the condition of ensuring high desulfurization activity, acidic
materials with good synergistic effect with metal active centers are developed to promote the
synergistic effect of metal centers and acid centers, in order to achieve deep desulfurization and
olefin conversion in the production of high-octane clean gasoline.
