Butadiene unit for oxidative dehydrogenation of butadiene
Description
Iron-based oxidative dehydrogenation catalyst is developed based on the structure of composite
spinel, which has the features of high activity, high selectivity, high stability, good anti-impurity
property, highly adaptable feedstock and environmental friendliness.
It is used for the three-stage radial bed reaction process and the traditional two-stage axial
adiabatic bed reaction process. The C4 raw materials could come from the downstream of
traditional refinery or by-products from coal chemical MTO. The purity of butadiene products
reaches 99.5%, the content of impurities butadiene dimer is less than 10 ppm. Impurities such as
acetonitrile, vinylacetylene and water are also very less. The catalyst can be used at low
temperature with a wide range of space velocity and pressure. It has a high conversion of raw
material butene, which is more than 78%, while the selectivity of product butadiene exceeds 91%,
with a life of more than 18 months.
