Methanol to olefin (MTO) unit
Description
A high-performance, highly wear-resistance MTO fluidized bed catalyst is developed based on
SAPO-34 molecular sieve with a unique nanocrystalline hierarchical pore structure, which has the
features of high methanol conversion, high olefin yield and few by-products. It is suitable for the
fluidized bed process unit to produce low carbon olefin from methanol, which can efficiently
convert methanol with a high conversion of more than 99%, and the selectivity of low carbon
olefin can reach more than 82%. It has high wear resistance, excellent fluidity and the wear index
is not more than 1.65%/h.
