T-1805  Fuel oil fluidity improver(PPD)

1. Product introduction
T1805 fuel oil pour point depressant uses ethylene and vinyl acetate as the main raw materials, adds a third monomer to improve the charge of polar groups, and adopts a high-pressure solution polymerization production process, plus a suitable dispersant.
For the carbon distribution of diesel wax in use, we adjust the molecular weight of the improver polymer and the distribution of molecular chain polar groups and the types of polar groups to make the gap between the polymer polar groups and the carbon number of the paraffin wax crystals. Matching, the addition of a strong polar group to the polymer molecular chain improves the polarity of the polymer, increases the van der Waals force between the crystals, the particle size of the paraffin crystals is smaller, and the cold filter plugging point of the diesel oil is greatly reduced.
T1805 diesel flow improver series products can reduce the cold filter plugging point and pour point and achieve the purpose of improving the low-temperature flow performance of diesel and fuel oil.

2. How to use
1) The addition amount of T1805 is generally below 0.1%, and most refineries add 0.02-0.06%.
2) The effect of use depends not only on the performance of the improver itself, but also closely related to the oil used and the refining process. In order to achieve a better use effect, it is necessary to test before use, determine the configuration plan, and then use it formally.
3) Before use, mix T1805 into concentrate fluid, use kerosene as the diluent, dilute at a ratio of 1:15, and add the prepared concentrate fluid to the diesel or fuel oil to make  T1805 product and diesel evenly mixed to achieve best effect.
